What are in your cookies?
These are sugar cookies with royal icing, but sometimes I use homemade fondant, chocolate for design or candy, but really depends.
Ingredient list: flour, sugar, real butter, eggs, salt, baking powder, real vanilla, powdered sugar, meringue powder, corn syrup, water, food colouring.
I am playing around with flavours, so feel free to ask.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
I can make your cookies:
1) Dairy free
2) Egg free
3) Vegetarian (now I would like to actually say I can make Vegan cookies-but with looking at some of the food colouring I can't be certain-but can make without eggs and butter-hence vegetarian)
4) Gluten free - I am very new to gluten free, but I have been playing around with gluten free flour. Please feel free to ask.
We have allergies, can you make your cookies allergy free?
My cookies are homemade. I clean all equipment and work surfaces prior baking, but please remember the cookies are made in my home.
All items created in my kitchen may have come in contact with other allergens. By ordering any baked goods from marsmom.ca you assume all responsibility for any possible exposure to any allergens.
How are the cookies packaged?
Cookies are each individually heat wrapped in a clear food contact safe cellophane bag. Each dozen of cookies are then packaged in a bakery box. If you need special packaging (i.e. 2 cookies per box for gifts) please inquire.
Do you teach cookie classes
Yes!!!! You'll learn to decorate beautiful cookies. What is included in the class? 4-6 different sugar cookies, live in person instruction, prepared icing and a scribe. Each participant will receive a beautiful box to take cookies home and don’t forget to strike a pose at our photo station to capture your sweet memories.
